USB-C のモーターユニットとマグネット着脱のハンドルを付け替えて、電動と手挽きを切り替える。刃は VS3 と同じ 38mm ステンレス Hypernova。公式は 140段階・1段階 10ミクロン、ホッパー 30g、電動は 80RPM。細挽きは手回しで、と公式が書いている。筐体は CNC アルミ、公差 0.02mm。公式ストアの現行名は Gen 2。
